Video: Detected large quantities of goods without customs declaration at Hai Phong port
Previously, on 10/3/2020, an enterprise based in Dong Anh District (Hanoi) opened an import goods declaration at a customs sub-department in Hanoi in the form of combined transportation.
Goods are imported from China to Hai Phong port.
According to the declaration, the goods are: Steel window hinges, plastic sliding window wheels, door handles ...
However, through suspicious signs, the Dinh Vu Port Customs Sub- Department decided to conduct a physical inspection.
According to the inspection results, in the line item "steel window hinges, size (90 * 70 * 20 mm), no brand, 100% new goods", the number 13,080, but actual inspection shows that the actual imported goods are hinges of brand CHUGH, VP, GH stores 105mm long, 100% new, quantity 24,840.
Thus, in this line, this enterprise does not declare the trademark, the quantity of excess compared to the declaration is nearly 12,000 products.
In addition, this enterprise also imported hand installed window products with brand of CHUGN and KIN but do not declare trademarks.
Moreover, in the shipment, there are 640 products as "automatic closing mechanism of KING brand, model 70 series, 100% new" but the enterprise also did not declare customs.
The case is being further verified and clarified by the Customs.
