The Saigon Port area 1 Customs Branch said that the above tax debt belongs to 53 import declarations from 2016 to 2019. Currently, the company is no longer operating at the registered business address.

Magic Key Company Limited was established and operated from 2015, with business lines including the production of ready-made garments; trading in automobiles and other motor vehicles... In addition to being the legal representative of Magic Key Company Limited, Mr. Le Anh Quyet is also the legal representative of 3 other businesses.

In addition to the above 2 cases, the Saigon Port area 1 Customs Branch also issued notices of temporary suspension of departure for Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, legal representative of Chau Gia Nguyen Trading and Transport Services Company Limited, with a tax debt of 34 million dong; Ms. Nguyen Thi Truong, born in 1976, residing in Binh Tan - HCMC, legal representative of Lucky House One Member Limited Liability Company, with a tax debt of over 108 million dong; Ms. Dang Dinh Huan, born in 1972, District 1, HCMC, legal representative of Thuy Loc Import-Export Trading Company Limited, with a tax debt of 25 million dong; Mr. Hoang Van Quang, born in 1982, residing in Hai Duong, legal representative of Kim Thinh Import-Export Co., Ltd. (9491/51A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 2, District 3, HCMC), with a debt of over 34 million dong.

The temporary suspension of departure for the above cases is from August 29, 2024, until the taxpayer fulfills their tax obligations to the state budget.

Over the past time, Saigon Port area 1 Customs Branch has been one of the units that has issued the most notices of temporary suspension of departure for legal representatives of businesses with tax debts.

In 2023, this unit issued over 200 notices of temporary suspension of departure; in the first 8 months of 2024, the department also issued dozens of notices to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security requesting the temporary suspension of departure for legal representatives of businesses with tax debts."
