In Decision 843 /QD-TCHQ, the General Department of Vietnam Customs specifies organizational structure of Customs branches, post-clearance audit branches and Customs Enforcement Team No.1, Customs Enforcement Team No.2 and Anti-drug Enforcement Team of Quang Ninh Customs Department including teams and groups as follows:

The organizational structure of Mong Cai Border Gate Customs Branch will have teams, including: General Affairs Team, Export and Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Inspection and Supervision Team No. 1, Customs Inspection and Supervision Team No. 2 and Customs Enforcement Team.

Cai Lan Port Customs Branch will only include teams: General Affairs Team, Export and Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Inspection, Supervision and Enforcement Team.

Hoanh Mo Border Gate Customs Branch and Bac Phong Sinh Customs Branch will only have 2 teams and 1group, including General Affairs Team, Customs Operation Team and Customs Enforcement Group.

Van Gia Port Customs Branch includes 3 teams: General Affairs Team, Export and Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team, and Customs Inspection, Supervision and Enforcement Team.

Cam Pha Port Customs Branch and Hon Gai Port Customs Branch only includes 2 teams: of General Affairs Team and Customs Operation Team.

Post Clearance Audit Branch will have 2 Teams, including Team of Advisory and General Affairs and Post Clearance Audit Team.

Customs Enforcement Team No.1 and Customs Enforcement Team No.2 will have 2 groups, including Advisory Group and Mobile Enforcement Group.

The Anti-drug Enforcement Team will have no sub-team.

In Decision 844/QD-TCHQ, the General Department of Vietnam Customs specifies the organizational structure of Customs Branches, Post Clearance Audit Branch, Customs Enforcement Team and Anti-drug Enforcement Team of Tay Ninh Customs Department including teams and groups as follows:

Specifically, the organizational structure at Moc Bai Customs branch will be restructured into 2 teams and 1 group, including General Affairs Team, Customs Operation Team and Customs Enforcement Group.

The organizational structure at Xa Mat Border Gate Customs Branch will only have 3 teams, including General Affairs Team, Customs Operation Team and Chang Riec Customs Operation Team.

Trang Bang Customs Branch will only have 3 teams, including General Affairs Team, Customs Operation Team and Phuoc Dong Industrial Park Customs Operation Team.

The remaining Customs branches including Ka Tum Customs Branch, Phuoc Tan Customs Branch, Post Clearance Audit Branch, Customs Enforcement Team and Anti-drug Enforcement Team will have no subordinates .

In this Decision, the Director General of Viet Nam Customs Nguyen Van Can assigned Director of Quang Ninh and Tay Ninh Customs to stipulate functions and tasks of teams and groups under their management in accordance with the requirement of centralized management and provisions of the law; structure and arrange the current staff.

This Decision took effect from the signing date and the former provisions which are contrary to this Decision will be abolished.

It is known that the organization of the apparatus is carried out by the General Department of Vietnam Customs in accordance with Decision 2094/QD-BTC promulgating the criteria for establishment and restructuring of teams (groups) under the Customs Branches and equivalent levels of the provincial, inter-provincial and municipal Customs Departments under Central Government shall be based on the reports on the review and statistics on the organizational apparatus of the Customs Departments.

Previously, the promulgation of the criteria proposed by the General Department of Vietnam Customs in the direction of streamlining the organizational structure in line with the policies of the Party and the Government. At the same time, developing a criteria to have specified basis for the establishment and restructuring of Customs Branches under provincial, inter-provincial and municipal Customs Departments under the Central Government, teams (groups) with 6 types of Customs Branches and equivalent levels. The criteria provided are based on the requirements on State management on Customs, declaration and quantity of importer and exporter to express clearly the workload.

Previously, the General Department of Vietnam Customs reviewed at Ha Noi Customs Department. Currently, Hai Phong Customs Department was also reviewed and restructured the organizational structure of teams, groups under Customs Branches.
