The Sai Gon Sea Port Customs Branch Zone 4 is restructured into 4 teams, including General Affairs Team, Duty Management Team, Import and Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Supervision and Enforcement Team.

The Linh Trung Export Processing Zone Customs Branch is restructured into 4 teams, including General Affairs Team, Import and Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team No.1, Import and Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team No.2, and Customs Supervision and Enforcement Team.
The Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone Customs Branch and the High Tech Zone Customs Branch are restructured into 3 teams, including General Affairs Team, Import and Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team, and Customs Supervision and Enforcement Team.
The Tan Son Nhat International Airport Customs Branch is restructured into 7 teams, including General Affairs Team, Duty Management Team, Export Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Exit Luggage Customs Procedures Team, Entry Luggage Customs Procedures Team, and Customs Supervision and Enforcement Team.
The Express Customs Branch is restructured into 4 teams, including General Affairs Team, Postal Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Express Cargo Customs Procedures Team, and Customs Supervision and Enforcement.
For the Sai Gon Sea Port Customs Branch Zone 2, this Branch does not have a team level.
The Post Clearance Audit Branch under Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department is restructured into 5 teams, including: Advisory and General Affairs Team, Information Collection and Analysis Team, Post Clearance Audit Team No.1, Post Clearance Audit Team No.2, and Post Clearance Audit Team No.3
According to the new regulations, Customs Enforcement Team of Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department is restructured into 3 teams, including: Customs Enforcement Team No.1, Customs Enforcement Team No.2, and Customs Enforcement Team No.3. The Anti-drug Enforcement Team is restructured into 2 teams, including: Advisory and General Affairs Team and Mobile Customs Enforcement Team.
For the new regulations, the organizational structure of Customs Departments and Post Clearance Audit Branches, Customs Enforcement Teams and Anti-drug Enforcement Team under the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department is reduced from 87 teams to 57 teams.
In this Decision, the Director General of Vietnam Customs, Nguyen Van Can has assigned Director of Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department to regulate the functions and tasks of teams under Customs Branches, and assign specific functions and tasks to each working position in line with requirements on centralized management and provisions of the law. The Decision took effect on the signing date and abolished former regulations which are contrary to this Decision.
It is acknowledged that the organizational structure is implemented by the General Department of Vietnam Customs in accordance with Decision 2094/QD-BTC promulgating the criteria for establishment and restructure of teams under Customs Branches and equivalent units of provincial, inter-provincial and municipal Customs departments.
