VCN- Control and prevention drug team (Customs department of Quang Tri) in cooperation with the border guard force, and Quang Tri Provincial Police discovered two suspects illegally transporting 605 synthetic drug pills.

Leaders of Quang Tri Customs Department said, after a long time undercover, at 4.30pm on October 1st, 2016 in the area of Ka Tang, Lao Bao Town, HuongHoa district, Quang Tri, functional forces discovered and arrested two suspects illegally transporting 605 synthetic drug pills (brand WY) from Laos to Vietnam through the back area on the right of Lao Bao international border gate.

Here, functional forces proceeded a written record of flagrant offenses, criminal detention of two mentioned suspects and seized by 1 motorcycle, and 2 mobile phones.

The incident is currently under police HuongHoa district, Quang Tri investigation and treatment as prescribed.
