Accordingly, the local department has asked the customs branches to strictly comply with regulations on inspection and control of frozen food products that are processed, temporarily imported for re-export, and stored in bonded warehouses.

Quang Ninh Customs Department has noticed that businesses may abuse incentive policies in the regime to import finished products, and they do not process or only simply process goods for export, or export a part of goods and bring the remaining parts to the domestic market for consumption.

The local department has asked the branches to require working teams and officers to collect information.

The Customs branches have been asked to coordinate with other relevant authorities in exchanging information and supervising to handle smuggling and illegal transportation of frozen products.
