The used mobile phones in the consignment in transit of SH Logistics Co., Ltd.
On May 13, through an inspection for the consignment in transit in container No. CCLU6699876 under the declaration form No. 500396748650 opened by SH Logistics Co., Ltd. at Huu Nghi Border Gate Customs Branch (Lang Son), Moc Mai Border Gate Customs Branch detected many goods that were not declared or declared inconsistent with the actual goods.
Specifically, according to the declaration of the company, the shipment includes 100 bales of refrigerant used in air conditioners, 100% new, which were falsely declared goods names. In the shipment, there are also undeclared goods, including: 500 charging sockets, 100% new, 38 coils of network cable, 100% new, 50 bales of irons, 100% new.
The shipment contained 19 packages including 2,518 used mobile phones (Iphone, HUAWEI, REDMI, HONOR, OPPO) without the permit.
Based on the actual inspection results, SH Logistics Co., Ltd. had violated customs declaration, Tay Ninh Customs Department issued a decision on administrative violations in the Customs field for false declaration of goods name and transportation of transit goods without the permit, and the total fine of VND33.3 million.
