One more procedure provided via online public service

The new procedure is “Suspending the application of coercive measures to stop customs procedures”.
The General Department of Vietnam Customs directs local customs departments to communicate and disseminate to the people and business community to know and implement. At the same time, receiving, processing and returning results on the system for the above procedure.
On the implementation of online public services in the Customs sector, by the end of October, the General Department of Vietnam Customs had provided 221 out of 244 online public services at levels 3 and 4 (reaching nearly 91% of the total number of administrative procedures implemented by the Customs), of which 215 administrative procedures are provided with online public services at level 4 (reaching the rate of 88.1%).
From January 1, 2022, to the end of October 15, 2022, the number of online dossiers at level 4 received and processed is more than 12.12 million dossiers.
