At the ceremony, the Director General Nguyen Van Can stressed that in the context of customs reform, modernization and changing of management, the role and responsibility of the Director of Personnel and Organization Department was very important.
The Director General requested that as the new leader of Personnel and Organization Department, the new Director of the Department needs to maintain solidarity in the Department. Especially, further focusing on innovation of organizational structure of the Customs sector.
In addition, the Director General also requested the new Director to advise the GDVC’s leaders in developing a professional staff, creating a change in the human resource in the Customs reform and modernization and developing criteria for evaluating and handling of Customs officers in accordance with the actual situation in Customs operation to maintain the Customs rules, disciplines, and integrity.
