More 451 businesses carry out customs procedures at Quang Ninh Customs

Accordingly, the number of businesses carrying out customs procedures in Quang Ninh Customs increases to 1,142 businesses, up 18.5 percent compared to 2018.

In 2019, Quang Ninh Customs has accelerated supporting activities and accompanied with businesses.

Specifically, the unit sent email to over 10,385 businesses to provide information on new legal documents.

The fanpage of DDCI and ISEC has attracted 3,607 interactive members, posted 166 articles to provide information, answer questions and answered 75 problems about customs procedures via the phone.

Quang Ninh Customs also hold three Department-level conferences including the Conference on promoting import and export activities through Mong Cai and Dong Hung border gates, Customs-Business Conference with the theme ‟Joining hands to develop import and export activities through seaports in Quang Ninh”, the conference to review the one-year implementation of centralised management model in Mong Cai, Quang Ninh with the high efficiency of 4 decreases and 4 increases, and 13 conferences; and branch-level dialogue conference with import-export businesses.

At these conferences, more than 500 businesses attended and more than 100 problems were resolved and reported to competent authorities.
