Maintenance and upgrading of National Single Window Portal at noon on March 10

VCN - From 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM today (March 10, 2022), the Customs IT and Statistics Department (General Department of Vietnam Customs) has maintained and upgraded the National Single Window Portal.

According to the Customs IT and Statistics Department, during the maintenance and upgrading period, the National Single Window Portal may be interrupted.

Updated information from the General Department of Vietnam Customs showed that, as of February 15, 244 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors were officially implemented on the National Single Window, with over 4.8 million dossiers of more than 51,800 participating businesses.

Regarding the development of the Government's Decree on connecting and sharing information between Government agencies and related parties through NSW in the field of import, export and transit of goods, currently, the General Department of Vietnam Customs is consulting with members of the Editorial Board, units of the Ministry of Finance, units of the General Department of Vietnam Customs and local customs departments.

For the Master Plan on building and developing an information technology (IT) system for the implementation of NSW and the ASEAN Single Window with the orientation of centralized processing, the Customs authority is conducting a survey to serve IT System development in order to implement NSW in the direction of centralized processing.

At the same time, the Customs authority also develops a plan to hire a consultant to develop the project, in order to build an overall architectural model, apply the technologies of the industrial revolution 4.0 and inherit the results of the systems that have been invested and achieved.
