Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department collected nearly VND600 billion from price ruling and post clearance audit

According to Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, from the beginning of 2019 to October 31, the Department increased revenue by more than VND574 billion.
The revenue from the price ruling reached VND432.57 billion, up 93% compared to 2018.
For the post clearance audit, Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department increased revenue to the State budget by over VND152 billion. Of which, the revenue collected by the Post clearance audit branch at premises of businesses was VND140 billion, and the remaining revenue collected by other customs branches. The revenue from adjusting the code of import and export goodsincreased by VND 40 billion.
In the last months of the year, the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department is actively deploying measures to combat revenue loss through anti-smuggling, trade fraud, price ruling, post-clearance audit and specialized inspections, striving to exceed the State revenue target in 2019 of VND112,900 billion.
