At 2:30 p.m. on June 10, at Tan Thanh village, Ky Nam commune, Ky Anh town, the Anti-drugs Enforcement Team (Ha Tinh Customs Department) coordinated with the Ha Tinh Police, Traffic Police Department (Ky Anh Town Police), Ha Tinh Border Guard, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, Border Guard Command, Coast Guard Command in arresting Sung A Senh, born in 1998 and his wife as Pham Thi Do, born in 1999, residing in Trung Thang village, Muong Ly commune, Muong Lat district, Thanh Hoa province for transporting one suitcase and one backpack, containing 30 blue packages suspected as drugs.

Senh declared that the 30 blue packages were 30kg of methamphetamine. He was hired by a man in Laos to transport from Laos across Ha Tinh area to the southern provinces and received VND200 million.

Currently, the enforcement authorities continue to investigate the case.
