VCN – The Customs Branch at Cau Treo border gate has coordinated with the Border Station of Cau Treo international border gate, Anti-Drugs forces and Police of Huong Son district to arrest a drugs dealer through Cau Treo border.

At 2PM on 31^st July, at the inspection and control point for people, vehicles and goods at Cau Treo international border gate, the Working Group detected Dinh Thi Lien, born in 1957 living in Tu Son district, Bac Ninh, travelling by bus had suspect behavior, so the group started to esxamine the situation.

The Working Group discovered the suspect carried 20 pink tablets, 100gr of dark brown plastic and other evidence. Through inspection, the suspect confessed that the plastic pachages contained narcotics which were purchased in Lac Xao (Laos) and shipped to Vietnam. Also, the 20 pink tablets were Ecstasy.
