Accordingly, Noi Bai International Airport Customs Branch has restructured from 9 teams to 7 teams such as: General Affairs Team, Duty Management Team, Entry Luggage Customs Procedures Team, Exit Luggage Customs Procedures Team, Export-Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team, Customs Supervision Team, and Customs Enforcement Team. Therefore, from 1st April 2018, the Entry Luggage Customs Procedures Team and the Exit Luggage Customs Procedures Team have been merged into the Export-Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team. The Anti-drug Enforcement Team and the Customs Enforcement Team have been merged into the Customs Enforcement Team.

Besides, Ha Noi Customs Department has also issued decisions on regulating functions and tasks of the Postal Customs Branch, including 4 teams: General Affairs Team, Export-Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team No.1, Export-Import Cargo Customs Procedures Team No.2, and Customs Supervision and Enforcement Team.

The Customs Enforcement Team has 3 teams, including General Affairs Team, Enforcement Team No.1 and Enforcement Team No.2.

The Post Clearance Audit Customs Branch includes 4 Teams: Advisory and General Affairs Team, Post Clearance Audit Team No.1, Post Clearance Audit Team No.2 and Post Clearance Audit Team No.3.

The North Ha Noi Customs Branch, North Thang Long Industrial Park Customs Branch, Investment and Processing Customs Branch and Gia Thuy Customs Branch, each of these Customs Branches includes 3 teams: General Affairs Team, Technical Team and Tax Management Team .

Therefore, with the restructure of Customs Branches and Post Clearance Audit Customs Branches, Customs Enforcement Teams, Ha Noi Customs Department has reduced from 54 teams to 36 teams.
