General Department of Vietnam Customs recruits 413 quota of officials in 2021

VCN – This is the content of the Decision No.181/QĐ-BTC of the Minister of Finance about the promulgation of the plan for officials recruitment of the General Department of Vietnam Customs in 2021.

Recruit 413 quota at six positions

According to the plan on officials recruitment of General Department of Vietnam Customs in 2021, the need of customs officials recruitment in 2021 is 413.

Specifically, there are 58 quotas for nine units of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, including Anti-Smuggling and Investigation Department, Post Clearance Audit Department, Import and Export Duty Department, Risk Management Department, Customs Control and Supervision Department, Finance and Administration Department, Legal Department, Office of General Department, and Customs Department of Goods Verification.hủ

A total of 335 quotas for 33 provincial customs departments include An Giang, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Bac Ninh, Binh Duong, Binh Dinh, Binh Phuoc, Cao Bang, Can Tho, Da Nang, Dak Lak, Dien Bien Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Gia Lai-Kon Tum, Ha Giang, Ha Nam Ninh, Hanoi, Ha Tinh, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Kien Giang, Khanh Hoa, Lang Son, Lao Cai, Long An, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Tay Ninh, Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien Hue.

The ranks of civil servants recruitment include six categories, including 377 quotas for customs inspectors (code: 08.051); nine quotas for filling clerk (code: 02.007); two quotas for accountant (code: 06031); 12 quotas for information technology customs official (code 01.003); six quotas for basic construction customs official (code: 01.003); seven quotas for customs official on financial plan, legal and office (code: 01.003).

Which subjects are given priority points?

Subjects of priority in the examination will comply with the provisions of Article 5 of Decree No. 138/2020/ND-CP of the Government dated November 27, 2020.

The dossiers of priority in recruitment are as follows:

For Armed Forces Heroes and Labour Heroes; invalids and policy beneficiaries such as war invalids and wounded soldiers of category B, are added 7.5 points to the result of round 2.

The children of martyrs, children of war invalids, sick soldiers, children of policy beneficiaries such as war invalids, children of war invalids of class B, children of resistance activists infected with toxic chemicals, children of armed forces hero page, children of the Labour Heroes will be added 5 points to the result of round 2.

The above subjects must submit copies (without authentication) of assorted papers certified as:

Armed Forces Heroes, Labour Heroes; certificate of martyrs family; cards (wounded soldiers, sick soldiers); decision to enjoy the policy of war invalids; decision on subsidy for activists who resist chemical poisoning.

The certificate of entitlement for preferential treatment is certified by the Division of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs at district or higher level.

For military officers, police officers, professional military personnel, people in charge of informational security task, graduates in training of reserve officers, or graduates of commanders training of military command boards the communal level of the grassroots military branch to be promoted to the rank of reserve officer registered to the rank of reserve officer, they enjoy an added5 points to the second round result.

Those who have completed military service, participate in the police service and volunteer youth members are added 2.5 points to the score of round 2.

The above people must submit copies (without authentication) of the following documents:

The decision on discharge or papers certifying the completion of military service, the people's public security service; papers certifying graduation of reserve officer training courses, graduation from commanders of communal military command boards of grassroots military branches and being promoted to reserve officers registered as reserve officers rank.

For ethnic minorities, 5 points will be added to the results of round 2 and must submit a copy (without authentication) of the following documents:

Candidate's birth certificate stating their ethnicity. In case the candidate's birth certificate does not specify ethnic composition, the candidate is requested to supplement the household registration book and the identity card of the candidate applying for registration (applied in accordance with the Official Letter No. 1446/VPCP- CP dated March 20, 2007 of the Government Office on the ethnicity identification).

The priority dossier as mentioned above must be issued by a competent authority before the deadline for receiving the application form. If the time of issue is after the deadline, priority points will not be added as prescribed.
