Specifically, the morning shift is from 9 AM to 12 PM, afternoon shift is from 1 PM to 5 PM China time (8 AM to 11 AM and from 12 PM to 4PM Vietnam time).
From 4PM China time (3PM Vietnam time), stop implementing entry procedures for Vietnamese vehicles and exit procedures for Chinese vehicles (meaning the Chinese side will only handle procedures for Vietnamese vehicles to exit and Chinese vehicles to enter).

Goods were exported and imported on June 11 |
Previously, China applied measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic, they only implemented cargo clearance for five hours per day from April 7, 2020 to June 10, 2020.
This is the result of efforts of both the political system of Quang Ninh province and Mong Cai city to remove difficulties for farming, production and trading of exported agricultural and aquatic products of Vietnam, suggesting traders and businesses grasp information to improve business capacity and efficiency.
The type of import and export through the temporary pontoon bridge Km3+4 includes export goods for business and exported goods of border residents.
Besides fresh agricultural products, there are also processed agricultural products (kudzu flour, fruits, cashews, peanuts, dried tea), dried and chilled fresh seafood (lobster, sea crab, fish, snails, squid), other goods (rubber bands, household goods, fabric softener).
