According to the Customs Reform and Modernization Board, the enterprise survey will be completed by March 31 2017, and the Customs survey at units will be completed before March 15^th 2017.

To implement this plan, the units under the General Department of Customs and the Customs Departments of provinces, and cities need to closely coordinate to inform the business community about the plans, objectives and survey address; encourage enterprises to be involved in the survey by providing information in accordance with the survey.

Currently, the development of Customs partnerships - enterprises and related parties have been pushed by Customs authorities to support the implementation of the business community as well as encouraging businesses to become partners, consensus , and partner agencies in the process of implementing the administrative procedures involved.

The plans to build the partnership forum on the Portal of the General Department of Customs and the Customs Department website in the provinces and cities are in order to develop partnerships Customs and enterprises. Through this forum, to strengthen propaganda and information about the benefits of the development partnership of Customs and enterprises; providing information on Customs and enterprises partnerships to the business community.

According to the Customs authorities, the deployment activities to build partnerships in 2016 have contributed to improving the image of Customs for the business community, improve the efficiency of Customs management, and facilitate enterprises.

Through the survey of businesses satisfaction on Customs operations in 2016, alongside institutional reforms, enterprises appreciated the active support and cooperation of the Customs authorities. 92% of enterprises were completely satisfied and happy with the work of the Consultative Group of Customs and Enterprises in the Customs Departments. 95% of enterprises were completely satisfied with the dialogue conference by Customs authorities at various levels. The spirit of cooperation with the Customs authorities of the enterprises is also increasing, according to the survey results, 88% of enterprises were willing to share information with the Customs authorities; 71% of enterprises were willing to join the partner program with Customs authorities.
