Dong Nai Customs: 97% of administrative procedures are carried out at level 4

In particular, the number of administrative procedures implemented at level 4 is 102 procedures, accounting for 97% and only 3 administrative procedures are at level 3, accounting for 3% due to the characteristics of these procedures.
Since the official implementation of the online public service system (March 1, 2017), the unit has now processed 14,000 records, ranking third in the sector through the online public service system.
In 2019, Dong Nai Customs Department will continue to strengthen the supply of online public services for businesses. Maintaining, supporting and ensuring the operation of the online public service system 24/7. In particular, the unit will strive to improve the rate to 100% of administrative procedures implemented at level 4 and will be ready to provide online public services to at least level 3 in the case where there are amendments to the administrative procedures. At the same time, completing the centralized electronic portal system to be ready to provide information for businesses in the Customs process.
In addition to deploying the online public service system, in 2018, Dong Nai Customs Department coordinated actively with the Departments under the General Department of Customs in developing and finalizing draft documents. Also, focusing on making recommendations to develop legal documents in compliance with the order, procedures and guiding documents. The contribution to completing the issuance of Decree No. 59/2018 / ND-CP and Circular No. 39/2018 / TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018 plays an important role for the Customs as well as for the business community in import and export activities, which is the foundation for carrying out all customs procedures and tax administration for import and export goods.
Accordingly, many contents on Customs procedures, Customs inspection, supervision and control and import and export taxes, tax administration for import and export goods and contents related to import and export activities of the business have been amended and supplemented in the above two legal documents.
