Binh Dinh Customs met and dialogued with over 400 import-export enterprises

VCN - On May 20, 2024, Binh Dinh Customs Department organized a conference to meet and dialogue with more than 400 import-export enterprises in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces. Speaking at the conference, Director of Binh Dinh Customs Department Le Van Nhuan said that this year's conference has a new feature compared to previous years, which is a business meeting and dialogue conference, with the spirit of Customs – Businesses cooperation following the direction of "Connect - Share - Accompany" in order to listen, understand, share and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the above customs policies and procedures in the management area.

With the spirit of "Connect - Share - Accompany" with businesses, in recent times, especially in the first months of 2024, there have been positive changes. The administrative reform work has essentially been oriented towards people and businesses; Gradually strongly applying information technology in customs operations and intra-industry activities.

In particular, thoroughly grasping the guiding spirit of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to convert from "management government" to "serving government", Binh Dinh Customs Department will continue to direct under and directly under units to better implement administrative reform with the motto "taking people and businesses as the center, the subject, the goal and the driving force; take the satisfaction of people and businesses to evaluate effectiveness"; reform the spirit of service attitude of customs officers (not causing trouble, harassment, not causing difficulties for businesses); Aiming to create maximum convenience for business operations and ensure customs management.
