Arrest a person for falsifying documents of smuggled car in Tay Ninh

Earlier, at 3:30PM, on 19^th May 2017, PC46 coordinated with Department of Traffic Police – Tay Ninh Police to inspect and seize a car of Toyota Sienna with license plate 70A – 130.88 driven by Nguyen Khanh Hoang (was born in 1987, lived in Hoa Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh province) while he came to Department of Traffic Police to receive registration certificate for Le Quang Ngoc.

At the same time, the working group also inspected and seized a car of Honda Accord with license plate 51F – 429.11 driven by Le Quang Ngoc at the area near People’s Committee of Hiep Tan Commune, Hoa Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh province.

Through the struggle of collecting information, PC46 conduct an inspection warehouse of Ngoc (at the address of No.506, Lac Long Quan street, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh province) and seized 2 more car including: Toyota Camry (license plate No. 62A – 060.13 and Lexus (license plate No. 70A – 123.41) with stuffs and documents that use for falsifying car documents.

As a primary result, Le Quang Ngoc claimed that cars with license plate No. 70A-130.88 and 70A-123.41 were originated from Cambodia, Ngoc bought and falsified records to register in the provinces Like Long An, Ho Chi Minh City, then move to Tay Ninh register to resell for profit.

The case is under investigation by PC46 Tay Ninh police for clarification./.
