On the morning of 5 April 2018, at the headquarters of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, the Deputy Director General Nguyen Cong Binh presided over the ceremony of announcing the appointment decision to Mr. Luong Hai Hung.

Speaking at the ceremony, on behalf of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh requested Mr. Luong Hai Hung to quickly grasp the work, together with leaders of the Inspectorate Department to organize the performance of assigned tasks effectively, actively contributing to the completion of the political task of the sector and the reform and modernization of Customs.

At the same time, the new Deputy Director of the Inspectorate Department must constantly cultivate and learn, strive to raise the managerial and executive capacity, together with the leadership and the Party Committee to build solidarity.
