The ceremony was attended by the Party Deputy Standing Secretary of Quang Ninh province, Mrs. Do Thi Hoang; the member of Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee and the Head of Organization Board of Quang Ninh Party Committee, Mr. Vu Ngoc Giao; the Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh together with leaders, officers, civil servants and labourers of the Quang Ninh Customs Department.

At the ceremony, the Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel and Organization (under the General Department of Vietnam Customs), Mr. Nguyen Duy Thong announced the President's decision on awarding the Third Class Labour Medal and announce the retirement decision to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Triu, the Director of the Quang Ninh Customs Department; and Appointment Decision for Mr. Bui Van Khang, the Deputy Director to become the Director of the Quang Ninh Customs Department.

On behalf of the General Department of Vietnam Customs, the Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh awarded the Third Class Labour Medal and retirement decision to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Triu; and the appointment decision to Mr. Bui Van Khang.

Also at the ceremony the Party Deputy Standing Secretary of Quang Ninh province, Mrs. Do Thi Hoang and the Deputy Director General of Vietnam Customs, Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Triu on his good performance as the Director of the Quang Ninh Customs Department and Mr. Bui Van Khang on becoming the Director of the Quang Ninh Customs Department.

As the Director of the Customs Department of Quang Ninh, Mr. Bui Van Khang promised that he would be with the Party Committee, leaders of the Department, leaders of unions to strictly comply with Party’s policies and policies of the State; take advantage of the leadership and guidance of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Vietnam Customs, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and People's Committee, and the coordination and support of the local authorities, competent forces and relevant ministries to implement assigned tasks effectively.
