According to Quang Nam Customs Department, the Customs Branch of Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Zone has just issued a Notice of suspension of exit for Mr. Trac Tri Nguyen, born in 1976, who is the legal representative of Vuong Nguon Phat Company Limited (Tax code: 4001116188, Address: Dan Trung Hamlet, Tam Dan Commune, Phu Ninh District, Quang Nam Province).

The reason the Customs agency issuing the Notice is that Trac Tri Nguyen is being enforced to execute an administrative decision on tax administration and has not fulfilled the tax payment obligation of over VND7 billion.

The suspension time is from August 14, 2023 until the taxpayer fulfills the tax payment obligation to the state budget.

The notice of suspension of exit has been sent by the Customs Branch of Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc Industrial Park to the Immigration Department under the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the reporter's research, Vuong Nguon Phat Co., Ltd was established in 2017, specializing in ready-made garments production; clothes making; production of knitted and crocheted clothes; trade in raw materials for the garment industry.
