VCN – Huu Nghi Border Gate Customs Branch under Lang Son issued a decision applying coercive measures by deducting or blocking the account for Dai Hoa Phat International Import-Export Co., Ltd due to failure to comply with Notification 286/TB-HQHN dated February 16, 2022 on tax payment, late payment interest, and fined the company VND185 million.

Accordingly, the branch requested Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank- Hanoi Branch to deduct money from the account or block the account for the Dai Hoa Phat International Import-Export Co., Ltd in Bac Tu Liem district.

Huu Nghi Border Gate Customs Branch issued the decision for the company because the company failed to comply with Notification 286.

Huu Nghi Border Gate Customs Branch requested Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank-Hanoi Branch to deduct money from account or freeze the account No.26866888888 of Dai Hoa Phat International Import-Export Co., Ltd. to remit to account No.711112995013 opened at the State Treasury of Lang Son province.

If the amount in the account of the company is less than the fine, the bank must still deduct the remaining amount after the minimum balance to maintain the account, and continue to monitor and deduct the arising amount on the company’s account during the effective date of the decision.
