According to the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has issued a decision to sanction M.C.V Solution JSC (Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City) for "importing goods with signs of infringing upon protected trademark rights".
It is known that the company imported the above-mentioned shipment via express delivery and was discovered by the Express Border Gate Customs Branch (HCMC Customs Department). Specifically, the infringing goods are fake Samsung branded circuit boards, worth over VND322 million.
The Customs authority made a record of administrative violations on customs, seized goods, and transferred the dossier to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for handling.

In addition to the administrative fine of VND500 million, the entire infringing goods are also confiscated and destroyed according to regulations.
