The HCMC Customs Department issued a decision to discontinue procedures for imports and exports involving Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company (address: 146 Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, HCM City, tax code: 0302620641) in line with the Official Dispatch 9684/CTTPHCM-QLN dated 12 August 2022.

Earlier, the city tax authorities urged local customs units to suspend procedures for imports and exports the company that has deliberately failed to pay taxes since it missed the deadline for more than three months.

The decision, which has been in effect since August 24, will be terminated until the company fully pays its tax arrears.

The Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company was established in 2002, with 26 business lines.
