Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam has just signed Decision 422/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2022 approving the list of integrated online public services, provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2022.

Specifically, a List of essential administrative procedures prioritized for integration, sharing of population data of the National Population Database with the National Public Service Portal and Information System for Administrative Procedures at the Ministry-level and provincial-level to serve administrative procedure settlement and provide online public services according to Appendix I of Decision 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project to develop the application of data on population, identification and electronic authentication for national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030.

The online public service list should soon be integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2022.

This list is divided into two groups, including essential public services for individuals and essential public services for organizations.

In which, the essential public services for individuals include 14 public services/administrative procedures such as the confirmation of residence information; recognition of bachelor's, master's, doctoral degrees and equivalent qualifications issued by foreign educational institutions for use in Vietnam; registration to participate in voluntary social insurance contributions; registration to pay and issue health insurance cards for people who only participate in health insurance; procedures for registration of business household establishment and tax registration; registration of changes in land use rights and ownership of land-attached assets in cases of transfer, lease, sub-lease, inheritance or donation of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land; procedures for issuance of certificates of marital status and marriage registration; and online payment of hospital fees.

The group of essential public services for organizations includes 10 public services/administrative procedures such as the geographical indication registration; registration for the layout design of semiconductor integrated circuits; payment of financial obligations in carrying out administrative procedures on land for enterprises; payment for taxes and registration fees for businesses.

In addition to the above-mentioned public services, based on the practical conditions of ministries, agencies and localities, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, general director of Vietnam Social Security, Chairman of People's Committees of provinces and cities shall approve the list, roadmap and responsibilities of affiliated agencies and units in the integration and provision of online public services and online payments under their management on the National Public Service Portal in 2022 to ensure the minimum rate as prescribed.
