VCN - On the morning of November 25, in Bac Ninh, the Supervision and Technical Assistance Group for organisation of an assessment of civil servant capacity in 2019 came to provide technical support and check the preparation at the Examination Board No. 2 (Bac Ninh Customs Department).

At the examination board 2, the group listened to representatives of the Customs Departments: Bac Ninh, Ha Nam Ninh, Thanh Hoa reporting on the preparation at examination venues as well as the arrangement of civil servants taking the capacity assessment.

Specifically, the examination room was equipped with tables, chairs, computers and printers.

Computers, printers, transmission systems are in good operation and meet the requirements of the assessment capacity software.

Also at Board No. 2, the Examination Council posted the notification of the examination room diagram, time, rules and list of candidates according to the registration number and the examination time.

In each examination time, Exam Group 2 shall arrange candidates from different units.

Earlier, to ensure arrangement does not to affect the operation of the units, the council sent a list of candidates for each exam to report the units.

According to the Customs newspaper reporter, the preparations for the examination on assessment of civil servant capacity has been completed.

At Examination Room, there are 25 computers for candidates and supervisors, which have been installed with software eligible for standards set by the Customs IT and Statistics Department

In the capacity assessment in 2019, there are 2,172 cadres and civil servants from 28 provincial and municipal Customs Departments, Customs Verification Department and Inspectorate Department (General Department of Customs) divided into seven examinations in seven examination boards: Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Can Tho, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Quang Binh, Binh Dinh and the General Department of Customs.

At the Board No. 2, there are 174 candidates from three Customs Departments: Bac Ninh, Ha Nam Ninh and Thanh Hoa participated in the capacity assessment from November 26 to November 28, 2019.

Like the capacity assessment examination at seven provincial and municipal Customs Departments: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Da Nang, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City and the General Department of Customs in 2018, this time, the General Department of Customs continues to organise examinations in six areas: Management supervision, Import and export duties, Anti-smuggling, Post-clearance inspection, Risk management and handling of violations.
