VCN – The Standing Office of National Steering Committee 389 has just sent an Official Dispatch to the local Steering Committees 389 warning about the impersonation by individuals and organizations as officials, reporters of the National Steering Committee 389, and Standing Office of the National Steering 389 to work with local enforcement agencies.

The Dispatch states that recently, the Standing Office of National Steering Committee 389 has received feedback from local enforcement agencies about the impersonation by individuals and organizations as officials and reporters of the Standing Office of National Steering Committee 389, the National Steering Committee 389 to contact the work.

To avoid confusion, the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389 notifies that currently, the National Steering Committee 389 has two official press publications, including the website www.bcd389.gov.vn and Anti-smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods Journal (published quarterly). The Standing Office coordinates with three member units, including Vietnam Television, Vietnam News Agency and Voice of Vietnam to make the “Anti-smuggling and counterfeit goods - consumer protection” broadcast on VTV1, the “Hotline 389” broadcast on News Agency Television, news broadcast on VOV1.

Press units implement the dissemination at the request of the National Steering Committee 389, the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389 are required the work introduction letter issued by the Committee and the Standing Office to work with local agencies.

Therefore, individuals that introduce as officials and reporters of the National Steering Committee 389, the Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389 without presenting an introduction letter of the Committee and the Standing Office, are impersonators.

The Standing Office of the National Steering Committee 389 requests ministries, sectors and localities to notify widely to law enforcement agencies to understand and coordination in accordance with the law.
