In which, the voters and people were still concerned about the production and circulation of goods without origin, counterfeit goods and goods with low quality in the market and smuggling across border gates, which took place complexly.

The use of banned substances in the food production, processing and preservation was not strictly controlled, causing harm to the people's health.

The voters and people proposed the Government to direct competent sectors and local administrations to strengthen the market management and closely control the production and circulation and use of goods without origin, counterfeit goods and goods with low quality; Specify responsibilities of competent agencies and local administrations, promptly detect and strictly handle violations. At the same time, soon review and amend legal documents towards specifying prohibition and increasing sanction level for violations, remove the overlapping and unspecific responsibility in assigning the management of food safety, improve the effectiveness and efficiency in law enforcement.

For the prevention and fight against corruption, wastefulness and thrift practice, the voters and people reflected that the wastefulness still occurred in some fields such as exploitation of resources, the use of the State capital and property. Many suspended projects and large projects were not ensured in quality, lately used or ineffectively used.

Apart from the voters' proposals, the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee sent to the National Assembly and the Government 6 recommendations.

The first, proposing the National Assembly and the Government should urgently institutionalize and direct, strictly and effectively implement The Resolutions of the Party Central Committee, especially Resolutions of the 5th, 6th and 7th plenum of the Party Central Committee (Tenure XII) on economic development, organization and staff, wage reform and social insurance.

The second, proposing the National Assembly and the Government to issue policies, mechanisms and direct competent agencies and administration at all levels to strengthen the attention to agriculture, farmers and rural areas; Support in transferring science and technology to farmers; plan agricultural production areas in the direction of specialized farming; Expand the market of consumption and exports for agricultural products; Encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture, especially investment in clean agriculture, advanced technology; Develop new cooperative organizational models.

The third, proposing the Government to continue to drastically implement administrative reform, reduce procedures and time for handling, comprehensively simplify administrative procedures from the central to local level at all sectors, agencies and units.

The fourth, proposing the Party and the State to continue to direct and take more effective measures to prevent and fight against corruption, wastefulness and thrift practice in both the political system and entire society.

The fifth, proposing the Government to instruct ministries, sectors and local administration to seriously review and amend planning and strictly implement urban planning and construction permits; resolutely handle violations over the past times.
