Quang Ninh Customs Department actively disseminates law to the businesses and enterprises.

Steering Committee 389 of Quang Ninh province sets a goal of 100% member sectors, People’s Committees and local Steering Committee 389 to strictly comply with directions of all levels; meeting and exceeding the target of seizures and handling violations.

In addition, the Committee prevents hot spots for smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods by land, sea, air and domestic routes.

On the other hand, the Committee also prevents the violations and corruption by officers during performing their tasks.

100% of member sectors, People's Committees and local Steering Committees 389 of strictly implement the reporting regime.

In order to accomplish the targets, the provincial Steering Committee of 389 has provided key tasks and solutions to request member sectors and localities to implement in 2024.

The Committee will focus on effectively implementing directions of the Government, the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee 389, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial 389 Steering Committee, and make plans on combating smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods.

It will review difficulties and obstacles in institutions and laws to propose and recommend amendments, supplements or promulgation of new legal documents for each field, and make comments on the draft work programs and plans, meeting requirements of the reality and improving the effectiveness of the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the area.

The Committee will build and deploy work plans to monitor management areas; assigned specific tasks, individualize responsibilities, promote the roles and responsibilities of the leader.

In 2024, member forces and localities will deeply and widely reform communication; promptly praise officers who have great contribution to the performance, and abet negative activities and smuggling and fake goods.

The Committee will promote information and sharing the situation, methods and new tricks of violations; coordinate with others enforcement teams to arrest and handle suspects at the border areas; strengthen international cooperation in preventing and combating smuggling and trade fraud and counterfeit goods in the area.
