Quang Ninh Customs has 93% of online public services at level 4

VCN - By the end of the first quarter of 2020, Quang Ninh Customs has implemented 129 of 150 online public services (level 3) at levels 3 and 4 for departments and branches, accounting for 86% of total administrative procedures done by the unit.

Currently, the processing time for a set of customs clearance dossier is just over seven minutes.Of which, 120 procedures have been processed by online public service at level 4 (reaching 93%).

In the first quarter of 2020, the branches under the Quang Ninh Customs Department daily received and returned the results to over 200 sets of dossiers for registrations of import and export declarations and dossiers related to 15 ministries and agencies online.

The implementation of the online public service has always been focused, directed and closely followed by the Quang Ninh Customs Department, especially the online public service has maximized its effectiveness amid the increasingly complicated Covid-19pandemic.

Recently, Quang Ninh Customs has actively taken many measures to apply information technology to deal with professional tasks.

The department has reviewed and carefully prepared facilities and technology infrastructure, expand the online public service, gradually promoted IT application, from the stages in professional customs management, electronic payment to the implementation of the National Single Window.

Service Level 4 is smoothly deployed, helping the key administrative procedures in the area of customs implemented quickly in the units throughout the Department.
