Over 5,000 firms with tax debts at HCM City Customs publicized

VCN - HCM City Customs Department has just publicized the list of over 5,500 enterprises with tax debts, overdue fines and enforced overdue debts since the deadline for payment in July 2024, with a total debt of over VND2,453 billion.

Among them, many FDI enterprises have very large tax debts.

NIVL Joint Stock Company is topped the list of tax debts with a debt of VND152 billion; Saigon Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Company Limited with a debt of over VND53 billion; Silver Star Vietnam Company Limited with a debt of over VND47 billion; QMI Industrial Vietnam Company Limited with a debt of over VND38 billion...

Additionally, many domestic firms also have debts of tens of billions of VND. Notably, Saigon Port Import-Export and Services Joint Stock Company has a debt of over VND34.5 billion; Thanh Nien Joint Stock Company has a debt of over VND33 billion; Mai Khoi Trading Company Limited has a debt of over VND22 billion; Hung Vuong Export Food Processing Company has a debt of over VND 21.6 billion; Saigon Frozen Food Company has a debt of over VND12.7 billion; Tra Khue Trading and Services Company Limited has a debt of over VND16 billion; Tan Kien Thanh Mechanical Company Limited has a debt of over VND15 billion...

HCM City Customs Department requests that agencies, organizations and individuals who have debts or hold money and other assets of these enforced enterprises contact the HCM City Customs Department to provide relevant information as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 134 of the Law on Tax Administration.
