Ha Tinh Customs seize two people transporting and trading nearly two kilos of narcotics

VCN – According to Ha Tinh Customs, the anti-drug enforcement team coordinated with Ky Anh Town Police, Huong Son District Police to successfully close project TT-2019, arresting two people transporting nearly two kilograms of narcotics.

After monitoring, on August 17, in Tay Son town, the competent force arrested Duong Danh Thuong (from Son Diem ward, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province) for transporting illegal narcotics.

At the scene, the competent force seized 1,976.4126 grams of methamphetamine and 192 tablet of ecstasy (19.1374 grams was methamphetamine).

By expanding the investigation, the competent force arrested Le Van Tai (born in 1986, from Tan Phuoc Khanh, Tan Uyen town – Binh Duong province) when he was staying at Song La hotel (located in Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province).

The Police force had prosecuted a criminal case of “illegal transport of narcotics”, handed over the suspects and narcotics to Criminal Investigation on Drugs Police Division (Ha Tinh Police) for continuing handling under their competence.
