According to Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Tam, the Director of Ha Noi Trading and Food Joint Stock Company: “Enterprises’ reputations are not only confirmed with their efficient business, but also with their meeting their tax obligations. Ha Noi Department of Tax has assisted enterprises, regularly exchanging with enterprises via emails, calls, guidance and timely dissemination of new policies and amended regulations which helps businesses update and implement tax policies. At the same time, periodic dialogues between the Tax administration and traders have been held to tackle problems in terms of policies. These activities are driving forces to help traders focus on their production and trading. Thus, their incomes are often higher than in the preceding year, contributing to an increase in State revenue”.

Addressing the meeting, Vice-president of the People’s Committee of Ha Noi, Mr. Nguyen Doan Toan highly appreciated enterprises and businessmen’s contribution in Ha Noi. Their contribution to the State Revenue deserved to be respected and commended. The enterprises made important contributions to carry out the economic and social targets set by the Municipal Party Committee, the People’s Council and the People’s Committee of Ha Noi.

In order to further support enterprises at the meeting, Ha Noi Department of Tax launched a movement amongst the community of businesses and tax payers in 2016 so that roles and responsibilities of tax payers in contributing to the State Revenue could be highlighted; good tax payers who fully comply with tax legislation should be highly appraised and commended; and the cordial business relationship between the Tax Administration and tax payers should be strengthened.
