Fund for implementation of National Single Window need to be given priority

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has sent an Official Letter to Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to request ministries and sectors to take initiative in fund for implementation of NSW toward taking from fund for information technology and deployment of e-Government under Resolution 361/NQ-CP allocated for ministries and sectors.
In order to implement the task of 2017, ministries and sectors actively review the current fund source to implement. Units which were approved for autonomy mechanism in collecting fees and others by the Ministry of Finance will give priority to using this fund for implementation of NSW.
Besides, the Ministry also requested ministries and sectors to review demand and create a private fund to implement NSW in establishing the estimate of 2018 to the Ministry summarize and report to the National Steering Committee on NSW, ASW, and Trade facilitation, and the Government and National Assembly to allocate in the estimate of 2018.
At the second session of the National Steering Committee on NSW, ASW, and Trade facilitation (July 2017), the Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue requested that ministries and sectors must strive to complete the plan of implementation of 130 registered administrative procedures, continue to review and add new procedures into the plan for implementation. Officially connecting with ASW right after Protocol on legal framework on the implementation of ASW is approved by 10 member countries and takes effect.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to chair and collaborate with relevant ministries and agencies to urgently review and complete legal framework and administrative procedures for implementation NSW. Completing the development of the Decree on NSW and ASW and specialized inspections for import and export goods to facilitate trade.
At the same time, ensuring the connection, system, security and safety on information and data bases of information technology system for NSW and ASW. Investing in reserve system for NSW toward service lending and ensuring human and financial resources for implementation of NSW and ASW.
Currently, NSW has officially connected with 11 ministries and sectors. 39 administrative procedures have been implemented (excluding procedures are managed by the Ministry of Finance). Until August 15, 2017, 478.8 dossiers were handled and 13,600 enterprises joined.
