Establish 5 inspection teams in anti-smuggling

According to the Plan, 5 inspection teams of National Steering Committee 389 will be established and led by Chairman, the Vice Chairman as head of the delegation. The deployment time will start from now to December 30^th 2016.

The purposes are aimed to determine the situation, the result of the mission, combating smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting in 2016 at some units and localities.

Besides that, catching the situation in time, the result of the direction and administration of the implementation of the Directive and the Resolution of the Government, the Prime Minister and the direction of the National Steering Committee of 389 in the field of anti-smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting; clarify the existence and problems in mechanisms leading, directing, organizing force, funds, specialized facilities, etc.

Also, collecting all proposals and recommendations about mechanisms, policies and solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of the preventing and combating smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting. Thereby, researching and propose to the Government, Ministries, central agencies to adjust the plan to ensure appropriate control.
