The Minister – Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said that the Government's Resolution 35 stated the support and development of domestic enterprises in order to have a million businesses in 2020. At the conference on investment promotion on August 6th, 2016 in Ha Nam, the Prime Minister Nguyen XuanPhuc conducted to set up a Government’swebsite, assign the Minister - Chairman of the Government Office with experts and working groups to adopt and listen directly to feedback and recommendations of enterprises to the Government.

According to the Minister Mai Tien Dung, this is the Government’s website for businesses, will advance to a Government’s website for the people. Thus, the information and approach of the enterprises with the Government and the Government's response are public and transparent. Everyone has also the right to access and view all contents on the website of the Minister - Chairman of the Government Office. We can introduce roughly this system, the recommendations and difficulties of enterprises in the process of production and business, especially the mechanisms and policies, the transactions, the direct costs... will be responded to by the ministries, the branches and the localities, and the Government Office, the Minister - Chairman of the Government Office will establish a working group to supervise the inspection and answer the enterprises directly in the name of the Government to respond to businesses.

This website operated from October 1st, 2016. However, due to focus on preparing for the Government meetings, the assisting group of the Minister will receive directly the information of enterprises from October 5th. “Up to now, we have received 6 ideas of domestic and foreign enterprises, if it is announced today, we would get more. We wish the journalists monitor, supervise the reception and response of the Government to businesses with us, and recommend businesses to ask the public and transparency information directly in compliance with issued law, regulations”, the Minister said.

For a reporter's question about the information reception and response of the website such as businesses have to use under-the-table money to bribe, “lubricate” during contacting with public officials, the Minister Mai Tien Dung said that the establishment of the website was the Government’s message for building aintegrity government, and was the action to underline publicity and transparency. “The problem of under-the-table money is real, there are the benefits of groups, benefits of individuals to make difficulties for enterprises, then the issues of sharing rate in projects... Therefore, the Prime Minister instructed that it should be public and transparent to prevent benefits of groups, and limit the negative. When there is such information, we will transfer tofunctional authorities, if there isenough evidence, the authorities will deal with strictly and these authorities will takeresponsibility for explaining to businesses and citizens”.

How to receive and process the information in this respect, according to the Ministry Mai Tien Dung, it should also consider the concrete level, handle precisely, strictly but not escape cases which need to be punished.
