According to Decision 06, the HCM City Customs Department discontinued procedures for imports and exports involving Thanh Nien Corporation (tax code: 0303492985) in line with the branch’s Notice 56.

Earlier, the local customs branch issued Notice 56/TB-KVIII requesting the company to pay tax debts and late payment interest worth VND33.268 billion. However, the company failed to comply with the notice.

The decision, which has been in effect since February 28, will be terminated when the company fully pays its tax debts and late payment interest.

The company has owed tax debts since 2008. Although the company still operates, it has not yet fulfilled its tax payment obligation to the State.
