75 administrative procedures of Ministry of Transport will be connected to National Single Window in November

According to Informational Technology Center (Ministry of Transport), the Ministry of Transport has 87 administrative procedures connected to National Single Window and ASEAN Single Window including: 12 procedures have already implemented in the pilot period (from 2014 until now) and 75 procedures will be implemented in the period 2018 – 2020.
Under the agreed plans, in November 2018, the Ministry of Transport will coordinate with ministries and sectors to complete the development and implementation of 75/75 administrative procedures of the Ministry for connecting to NSW.
Until now, the maritime field has completed the development of 11/11 administrative procedures (including upgrading 5 procedures which have already implemented pilot program and newly developing 6 procedures), put into use at 25/25 seaports of Maritime Affairs from 1/7/2018; Inland waterway field has implemented 2/4 administrative procedures for vessels on entry and exit in inland waterway port and has been put into use in the areas of inland water ports of Long An province since 25/7/2018. As of 5/10/2018, the Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration has also expanded the use of these procedures at Long Binh Inland Waterway Port (Ho Chi Minh City). As of 9/10/2018, 70 dossiers were lodged via online to the system.
In the road field, 44/65 procedures have been piloted at Directorate for roads of Vietnam and some Departments of Transport since 1/7/2018, in that focusing on pilot implementation of international road transport procedures between Vietnam and China, Laos, Cambodia. As of 9/10/2018, there were 16 enterprises participated in the pilot, with 127 dossiers lodged via online.
For the aviation sector, the Ministry of Transport has basically completed the pre-flight passenger data connection between the National Single Window with the operational software of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration (the software for terrorist warning and passengers in the black list).
