On August 1, 2024, the Processing Customs Branch (Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department) sent a Notice to the Immigration Department - Ministry of Public Security requesting temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Ho Van Hanh, born in 1954 (residing in Cam Ranh - Khanh Hoa), director, legal representative of Tan Thanh Loi Company Limited (tax code: 0302123110, business address: 8/1 Quarter 5, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City).

This debt amount does not include late payment fees calculated from the time the tax debt arises to the time the taxpayer pays the tax debt according to regulations.
The temporary suspension of exit for Mr. Ho Van Hanh is valid from August 1, 2024 until the taxpayer completes his tax payment obligation to the state budget.
According to the reporter's investigation, Tan Thanh Loi Company Limited was granted a Business Registration Certificate on October 30, 2000, with the main business line being "Tanning, preliminary processing of leather; production of suitcases, handbags, saddles; preliminary processing and dyeing of fur", managed by the Binh Tan District Tax Branch.
