In the domestic market, HCM City Police was assigned to direct the professional forces and police in districts to focus on inspecting organizations and individuals producing and trading medical alcohol on a large scale, focusing on the violations of the production and trading of counterfeit, unsafe alcohol, the lack of quality certificates and the lack of certificates of registration for circulation in the market.

Also, HCM City Market Management Branch, is to strengthen inspection, control, detection and strictly deal with violations in production of medical alcohol in the market; Focusing on inspecting the quality of goods, smuggled goods, fake goods, origin of goods.

The Health Department shall focus on investigating, strictly controlling the production and trading of medical alcohol in the locality so as to take management measures in order to control the origin and quality of goods; To intensify the inspection, examination and handling of violations in the production, trading and import of medical alcohol. Particularly for the production and trading of fake medical alcohol, non-quality medical alcohol with no registration certificates for circulation on the market, and violations of regulations on labeling of goods causing consumers to be mislead.
