Review and reduce unnecessary administrative procedures

The Deputy Prime Minister requested Ministers, Heads of Ministerial agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People’s Committees of cities and provinces under the Central administration to organize the implementation of provisions on standardizing, announcing, publicizing, posting and updating administrative procedures to the National database on administrative procedures
Also, organizing effective implementation of the National Single Window and Joint Single Window in handling administrative procedures at the authorities at all levels to create positive progress in handling administrative procedures for people and enterprises
And implementing periodic dialogues with individuals and organizations on administrative procedures, handling administrative procedures under the functions and management competence to promptly remove obstacles and difficulties arising during performance.
Ministries and Ministerial agencies must collaborate with the Government electronic portal to hold dialogues with individuals and organizations on administrative procedures and handling administrative procedures every six months.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial level agencies, Government agencies and chairmen of People’s Committee of cities and provinces under the Central administration resolve promptly and absolutely the concerns and proposals on administrative procedures of people and enterprises. At the same time strengthening the examination for implementation and control of administrative procedures at subordinates; rewarding individuals and organizations with achievements in administration reform; and strictly handlingofficers and civil servants who have harassment and negative acts in solving administrative procedures.
The Deputy Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Justice and the legal organizations of ministries, agencies and localities to effectively implement the evaluation of administrative procedures in legal projects, and draft law documentsstrictly controllingthe promulgation of administrative procedures, to ensure issue necessary, reasonable and legal administrative procedures withlow compliance costs.
The Ministries of Justice and Agriculture and Rural Development complete and submit to the Prime Minister for approval the plan simplifying the administrative procedure groups in accordance with Decision No.08/QD-TTg; and Ministries: Public Security, Home Affairs, National Defense, Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs and Information and Telecommunication,organize the effective implementation of plans simplifying administrative groups under the approval decisions of the Prime Minister.

The Government Office enhances guidance and examination and urges Ministries, agencies and localities to review administrative procedures, reform administrative procedures, National Single Window, and the Joint Single Window and promptly report to the Prime Minister about ministries, agencies and localities not implementing the above missions.
