Receiving and returning the results of administrative procedures through the post office must save money for organizations and individuals. |
The decision ruled services for receiving and returning the results of administrative procedures to ensure service quality: safe, stable, trust, accurate, frequent, timely in implementing services for receiving and returning the results of administrative procedures. It must save administrative procedure costs of associations and individuals; facilitate associations and individuals in implementing administrative procedures.
Receiving and returning the results of administrative procedures through Post office services must ensure the role of the enterprise providing the public postal services for sending applications, returning results of administrative procedures; the collaboration between the enterprise which is providing the public postal services and competent organizations, individuals, agencies on handling administrative procedures.
It is under the guidance, examination for the quality service of the State authority; entitled priorities, incentives as prescribed by law on the type of public postal services.
According to the Decision, organizations and individuals can choose one of the following forms through the public postal services: sending applications of administrative procedures, receiving the results of administrative procedures, sending and receiving the results of administrative procedures.
Decisions ruled on the receipt of organizations and individuals’ applications to be made at post offices of the enterprise which is providing public postal services or at the request of organizations and individuals.
Competent agencies arranged its staff to receive applications, charges, fees (if any), moved by enterprises providing public postal services.
After receiving the applications, the recipient is responsible for moving it to the competent person of the agency to handle. The handling of administrative procedures is complied with order, authority, and time limit prescribed by law.
When finished the handling of administrative procedures, the competent agency publicly posts the results on its electronic page (if any) and informs (via SMS, electronic mail, or otherwise) to the postal staff, organizations and individuals.
The results of resolving administrative procedures are carried out prescribed by law.
