More than 3,300 packages left in stock at Tan Son Nhat Airport’s cargo terminal

These consignments were sent from the US, Japan, Hong Kong, Germany and South Korea since 2018 to now to individuals and organisations. However, the goods owners have not yet received the goods.
The imported items are mainly cosmetics, medicines, supplemental foods, clothes, bags, household appliances and kid’s toys.
Currently, all these packages are stored at the cargo terminal of Tan Son Nhat Cargo Services Co. Ltd address 46-48 Hau Giang, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City and the terminal of Sai Gon Cargo Service Coporation (SCSC), address at 30 Phan Thuc Duyen, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, HCM City.
Tan Son Nhat International Airport Customs Branch has contacted the goods owners and shippers of these packages. If the owners and shippers implement procedures to receive goods within 60 days of the date of the first notification, they will be processed customs clearance, imposed fines and pay additional costs for delaying receiving the goods.
If the goods owners and shippers do not receive goods within 60 days from the date of notification, Customs will handle goods per the provisions of Circular 203/2014/TT-BTC dated December 22, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance
