The VAT rate is 10%. For example, the case of leasing land for construction of infrastructure, houses for sale, leasing, the land prices subtracted for calculation of VAT is the land rent payable to the State budget (excluding land rent exemption or reduction) and the cost of compensation, clearance in accordance with law.

For cases what the land is allocated by the State to invest in infrastructure for construction of houses for sale, the land prices to be subtracted for VAT calculation include the land use fees which must be paid into the state budget (excluding land rent exemption, reduction) and cost of compensation and site clearance as prescribed.
