As a leader of a technology business, with solutions to support businesses in digital transformation, how do you comment on the digital transformation situation of Vietnamese businesses today?

Currently, businesses have actively looked for information technology units to experience more comprehensive and intelligent digital transformation solutions.

Most businesses move from digital transformation by the individual, discrete software to solutions with integrated features, data interoperability, and flexible connectivity within and outside the organization. Digital transformation becomes an urgent and important issue for businesses to always have a scenario to promptly respond to all risks.

It can be said that at present, all Vietnamese businesses are particularly interested in digital transformation for business administration, towards the trend of modern and smart digital offices. This is a good signal for the general development of Vietnamese businesses in general and an opportunity for businesses in the information technology sector in particular.

With the above moves, what advantages will businesses have to promote import and export activities?

The industrial revolution 4.0 has helped businesses adapt and transform digitally in a timely manner. Digital transformation businesses are the ones with the most opportunities. It can be said that this is the "golden time" for businesses to embark on a comprehensive digital transformation.

Firstly, digital transformation helps businesses optimize costs, and cut unnecessary costs to strengthen operating systems. When all professional work is done on software, personnel will spend a lot of time focusing on professional work, towards analysis from the general picture and consulting for the business.

Secondly, when applying digital transformation, it is also the time when businesses innovate their development strategies. No longer maintaining the traditional business form, businesses will focus on finding potential customers on all platforms, focusing on customer experience, and contributing to effective sales growth.

Third, when automating the process with visual reports on one platform, it will help businesses find "hot spots", promptly respond to new developments, and increase their competitiveness in the market.

For example, with the MISA AMIS solution, all business administration activities from sales, finance and accounting, human resource management, etc. will be continuously updated, making it easier for businesses to manage their business work, production and business progress anytime. From instant visual reports, businesses can assess opportunities in the market, their development potential, thereby helping businesses more favorable in promoting export and import activities, increasing business growth. trade opportunities and reputation with international partners.

In your opinion, what limitations do Vietnamese businesses have to successfully implement digital transformation?

Most businesses are familiar with the concept of "digital transformation", but most are deploying many small pieces of software that make data fragmentary.

Many business leaders have not yet drastically transformed digitally with solutions that integrate, connect and communicate data. This is the main reason why the digital transformation in enterprises has not been as expected.

Digital transformation is not only about changing the perception and habits of leaders but also changing the habits and old ways of a team, therefore this is not a one-day process that can be successful.

Especially, when businesses decide to go digital, the skills and competencies framework of employees will have to change to match the new way of doing business.

When human resources lack these skills, the digital transformation model will fail because human resources need to adapt to the new. Therefore, when implementing digital transformation for businesses, we always focus on training, so that users can grasp and operate work on the digital platform.

With such issues, in addition to the support from the authorities, could you please tell me, how businesses need to cooperate with each other on digital transformation?

Digital transformation in Vietnam has been promoted by the Government, ministries and agencies in recent years. Therefore, technology enterprises like MISA have been actively participating in accompanying the Government and the Ministry of Information and Communications in the National Digital Transformation Program.

Accordingly, businesses have made great efforts to contribute to the program with excellent technology solutions and digital platforms "Make in Vietnam", joining hands towards the goal of "Digital Government - Digital Economy -" Digital society" to develop "Digital Nation".

Currently, MISA has researched and developed a unified corporate governance platform to help manage all core activities of the business. The platform includes comprehensive digital transformation solutions in the fields of finance, accounting, marketing, business management, etc.

The applications at the platform are closely connected to each other to help all departments in the business reduce the disruption overlap, and waste of resources.

We believe that joint efforts to implement digital transformation can help businesses in need to build a roadmap and implementation schedule, making digital transformation effective and successful.

Thank you very much!
