As a result, C47 identified that Tran Van Ninh has purchased and sold in Ngoc Hoi district.

On 26/6, after receiving information that Tran Van Ninh would conduct a transaction in Plei Kan town, Ngoc Hoi district, Kon Tum province, Customs Enforcement Unit and C47 deployed force and planned to arrest.

As a result, the working group arrested 2 people Pham Van Hoi and Pham Duy Quang together in Cao Son, Sa Loong, Ngoc Hoi and Kon Tum villages. When they were arrested, the two were taking a paper box at a roadside. Inside the box, there were 3 nylon packs containing a white substance with a total weight of 238.55 grams. Those packs are identified as ice. The two persons claimed that they came to that place to get this box for Tran Van Ninh.

Meanwhile, information reconnaissance reported that Tran Van Ninh has fled to Nghe An. On 30/6, when he returned to Gia Lai, C47 has ambushed and arrested him. It is known that this object has been convicted of drug trafficking.

Currently, C47 is coordinating with Ngoc Hoi district police to handle the case in accordance with regulations.
