Discover an enterprise conduct fraudulent declaration for exported goods

According to Quang Tri Customs Department, at 5:00 PM, on 8/5, during the Customs procedure process at the Customs Clearance Area (CCA) of Densavanh (Laos), General Affair Techniques Team under Lao Bao Customs Branch implemented Customs supervision for export shipment of a declaration No. 30137111010/B11, registration date was 7/5/2017 (on green channel) of Nguyen Duc Sang single shareholder limited company (tax code: 3200609355). Customs authority detected a sign of violation and proposed to change the channel for physical inspection.

As a result, the goods were declared as galvanised box steel of various sizes and processed V steel. However, actually, there were no goods items as a declaration. The total value of fraudulent goods is over 58 million vnd.

After that, Lao Bao Customs Branch has made a record and issue a decision to handle administrative violation with the amount of 25 million vnd for Nguyen Duc Sang single shareholder limited company due to the fraudulent declaration.
